 This was made successful by utilizing technology enablers like Pardot, Field Service Lightning, Apex Lightning, and Mulesoft. Pardot forms ensured smooth data flow and incorporating Field Service Lightning ensured periodic maintenance, while improving service quality.

Problem Statement

Our client, a significant player in the manufacturing industry, faced challenges in optimizing sales and customer engagement activities. Traditional methods of lead tracking proved ineffective and appointment scheduling did not meet customer preferences.
